The type of personal information we collect
We currently collect and process the following information:
Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details). None of this information is shared with any third party without the explicit consent of the person concerned.
On limited occasions an individual will provide us with financial information – ie their bank account details – voluntarily so that we may pay their invoice. Physically this information is protected by premises burglar alarm and filing system locks, and electronically by Avast Premium Security and Santander Bank online banking security. None of this information is shared with any third party.
When making a donation to Daydream Overload Ltd, any such information as may be required by PayPal is collected and processed by them and will be subject to the terms of their Privacy Policy. It is not shared with Daydream Overload Ltd.
How we get the personal information and why we have it
Some of the personal information we process has historically been provided directly by you as a response to a personal request, or communication by letter, e-mail, telephone call or other media.
We also acquire personal information indirectly, from the following sources:

We use the information thus obtained in order to identify and contact people who might be interested in learning about our projects and their progress.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored. Physically it is protected by premises burglar alarm and filing system locks and electronically by Avast Premium Security and GoDaddy website security.
We keep will keep your personal identifiers until such time as Daydream Overload Ltd ceases to be an active UK Company.
We will then dispose your information by the following means:
Hard copy information will be shredded and destroyed
Electronically held information – on computer hard drives, phone sim cards etc – will be securely deleted (by physical destruction if necessary)
